Nortech Network Ltd. (“Nortech”) operates the website **nortech-platform.com**, which serves as a regional platform

mapping the tech ecosystem in Northern Israel – companies, jobs, communities and events.

Nortech considers accessibility an important value and is acting, within its available resources, to improve the accessibility

of its website and services.

Legal Status – Small Business Exemption

Under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013,

website operators are generally required to make their websites accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG).

The Regulations also provide an exemption from implementing accessibility adjustments for small businesses whose average

annual turnover is below the threshold defined in the Regulations (currently NIS 100,000 per year), pursuant to section 35

of the Regulations.

Nortech Network Ltd. currently meets the conditions for this small–business exemption and is therefore not required, at this

stage, to implement full accessibility adjustments across all parts of the website.

Notwithstanding this exemption, Nortech has chosen to implement basic accessibility adjustments and to offer alternative

contact channels for users with disabilities, as described below.

Measures Taken

Among other things, Nortech has implemented or is implementing the following measures:

• Adding ALT text descriptions to key images (such as team photos and logos).
• Improving keyboard navigation throughout the site as far as reasonably possible.
• Improving color contrast where needed.
• Improving labels for forms and input fields.

Some parts of the website may still not be fully accessible, due to technological or resource limitations.
