Lynxight is looking for Technical Operations and Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Interacting with internal and external interfaces
Using various software tools to deploy systems remotely
Tracking and reporting on operational performance
Continuously perform quality assurance tests
Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards (Building automation & etc.)
Support customers on-site and remotely with technical issues - define and solve problems
Working with R&D and defining issues - Working with Jira and Trello
Work with Internal tools for calibration and DB organization
Work with Hubspot to organize projects and troubleshooting
Manage Linux servers
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Technical support roles
Experience with defining issues in Jira.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & team player
Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Analytical capabilities
Mission-oriented and able to lead projects E2E
Available for out of office work (on-site)
Experience working with CRM systems and Linux
Working in a SaaS start-up environment
Experience in Unifi systems
Experience in network settings
Work under pressure
