Egmo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering function in a company operating in advanced environments such as pharma, medical, and semiconductor industries.
This role combines team management with professional leadership of production processes, along with hands-on involvement on the production floor and driving continuous improvement, innovation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and professionally lead a team of manufacturing engineers
Develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, welding, polishing, stainless steel surface treatments)
Work in advanced production environments, including cleanrooms (Single Use)
Lead NPI processes and transfer products from development to serial production
Evaluate and implement new technologies, including ROI analysis, writing SORs, and supporting procurement and implementation
Handle deviations, lead investigations, and CAPA activities
Support and lead internal and external audits
Optimize and automate manufacturing processes to improve quality, output, and cost reduction
Work with customers and suppliers on technical matters and knowledge transfer
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (GMP, ASME BPE)
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering – Required
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a relevant industry – Required
Previous managerial experience – Required
Knowledge of stainless steel manufacturing processes (welding, machining, finishing) – Preferred
Experience in a regulated environment – Preferred
Experience in equipment specification, procurement, and implementation – Preferred
Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation – Required
