Hyper builds voice AI agents for any use case. Businesses use our no-code platform to create agents that handle inbound and outbound calls in 70+ languages, hand off to a human in real time, and connect to their systems through our API.

We are a Google for Startups company and a Meta ISV partner, with paying customers. We are an early stage startup, so you will join as one of the first team members and work directly with the founders. Our office is in Afula, next to a small forest. Real high tech, no commute to Tel Aviv.

Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus for a full-time, hybrid role in Afula.

You will design, build and maintain end to end web applications that power our AI voice agents, from the UI our customers use every day, including our ReactFlow based agent builder, to the APIs and data behind it.

Day to day, you will:

- Build intuitive, responsive and high performance user interfaces

- Implement new features across the stack and integrate APIs

- Optimize performance and ensure a secure, reliable user experience

- Work directly with the founders to turn customer needs into product

- Write clean, testable code and take real ownership of what you ship

- Help shape our development tooling, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring as we grow

Qualifications (MUST)

- 2+ years delivering production ready web applications

- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript and SCSS

- Experience across the React ecosystem: ReactFlow, TanStack Query, TanStack Form, Zustand, Zod and Floating UI

- Responsive web design, optimized for all devices

- Solid backend experience: building REST or async APIs, working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and handling authentication/authorization flows

- Comfortable working in cloud environments (we run on GCP) with Git and CI/CD

- Solid understanding of engineering best practices: testing, code reviews and performance optimization

- Independent, self driven and comfortable in an early stage startup

Nice to have

- Experience with AI/ML products, conversational interfaces or SaaS platforms

- Real-time systems and WebSockets
