In this role, you will:
✅ Manage and maintain product and service records
✅ Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems
✅ Support service and return processes
✅ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
✅ Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and service stakeholders
✅ Deliver insights through reporting and data analysis

We're looking for someone with:

🔹 Experience with operational data, service records, or asset management
🔹 Advanced Excel capabilities (reports, pivot tables, data validation)
🔹 Excellent communication skills in English

A plus: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, medical devices, technical service environments, automation projects, or basic coding skills.
