- Translate clinical, domain-specific knowledge and voice-of-customer (VOC) input into unambiguous, verifiable requirements.
- Define clinical performance requirements and acceptance criteria for AI/ML functions with Data Science and Regulatory/Quality, including the data needed to support them.
- Represent Product to our strategic partners (e.g., design reviews, alignment, and deliverables).
- Lead product workflows and usability engineering (IEC 62366-1): usability plan, use-related risk analysis (with Risk Management), and formative/summative usability testing.
- Define UI content and screen/interaction design as part of the use flows, directing external UI/UX design vendors.
- Own product-facing labeling content (IFUs / user manuals) in coordination with Regulatory.
- Drive prioritization, scope stabilization, and iterative delivery within the Agile/Scrum process.
- Engage directly with clinicians and surgeons, as needed, to gather input and validate product direction.
- Build and mentor the product function as the company grows.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management / leadership for medical devices or SaMD.
- Track record owning requirements and product definition in a regulated environment (ISO 13485 / FDA design controls).
- Ability to translate clinical needs into requirements and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, and Regulatory/Quality.
- Strong stakeholder management, including with clinical users and strategic partners.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
- English fluency must be suitable for U.S. clinical and partner audiences.
- Bachelor’s in engineering, life sciences, or related; advanced degree an advantage.
Strong advantages

- Experience with AI/ML-driven or data-centric products.
- Experience with software that integrates with partner/OEM hardware or devices.
- Experience directing external UI/UX design vendors for software products.
