We are looking for a Task Manager / Technical Manager to lead the development phase of complex engineering projects, from early concept and RFQ response through design, validation, and transition to serial production.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing timelines, costs (RE/NRE), performance, and manufacturability, ensuring all technical and quality requirements are met. You will lead and drive multidisciplinary, matrix teams including design, mechanical, ballistic, materials, manufacturing, automotive, electrical, electronics, system engineering, planning, and procurement.

The position involves managing multiple projects in parallel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership, system-level thinking, and the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and operate in high levels of uncertainty.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical / Aerospace / Electrical / Agricultural Engineering from a recognized institution
At least 5 years of experience in project management
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment
Strong English skills
